Returns and exchanges 15 days after the delivery date will be charged the shipping fee for the return and for the exchange. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the ship date. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a breif description of the damage. If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, a request will be made that you provide additional information or return the item before the return can be processed.
